• If your home is centrally heated you must ensure there is added humidification either adjacent to or directly applied to solid wood furniture.
• Periodic applications of a good quality furniture wax.
• Liquid filled containers should be placed upon a water proof pad.
• Heated objects should be placed on heat resistant mats
• Spilled liquids will not damage polished surfaces if removed immediately with a soft dry cloth.
• When cleaning brass fittings, remove any overspill of metal cleaning fluid as soon as possible to avoid any marking of polished surfaces.
