Mahogany

All Mahogany used by Sincero Joinery Ltd is sourced from sustainable forests or plantations.

Unlike most other timbers our Mahogany is generally selected for width of board up to 24’’ wide and for its clean grain with no knots or defects. We use ‘figured’ Mahogany which comes in the form of veneers to create curl, swirl or ‘plum pudding’ effects. All Mahogany furniture is finished by hand to produce the deep ‘red’ colour as commonly found on antique furniture or it can be bleached to produce various faded colours.
